Ans: The industrialist tweet the jugaad of the bank employee because the creative way to disinfect cheque using a hot iron ready to his desk caught the eye of the industrialist.


(ii) How did the milkman deliver milk to his customers?


Ans: The milkman delivered milk with minimum contact, he was photographed using a delivery system put together with a pipe and funnel to deliver milk to a customer.



(iii) What according to the passage is an effect of social distancing?


Ans: According to the passage, the effect of social distancing is across the country, people come up with novel solutions to the problems presented by the new normal.




(iv) Name the four persons mentioned in the passage for their jugaad.



Ans: The four persons mentioned in the passage for their jugaad are the chemistry teacher, the vendor, the milkman and the bank employee.

 1. "Are you going all the way to Dehra?" I asked.

2. She said, "I didn't know anyone else was here."

3. I said to her, "But I heard you come in."

4. I said to her, "I didn't see you either."

5. The girl said, "I'm getting off at Saharanpur. My aunt is meeting me there."

6. I said, "Aunts are usually formidable creatures."

7. "Where are you going?" She asked.

8. The girl said to me, "Oh, how lucky you are. I wish I were going to Mussoorie."

9. I asked her, "What is it like outside?"

10. She asked me, "Why don't you look out of the window?
